What kind of cases do you handle?
Revenue-record matters: disputed or wrong mutations (intiqal), inheritance (wirasat) not transferred or contested, partition (taqseem) of joint land, errors in jamabandi or khasra girdawari, illegal possession and encroachment (qabza), and old ownership disputes. Many of our cases are years or decades old.
Are you lawyers?
No. We are senior revenue-record consultants. We establish the facts from the record and advise on the correct revenue procedure; your advocate represents you in court, and we work closely with them.
My dispute is very old. Can it still be resolved?
Often, yes. Old record such as previous jamabandis, mutation registers and misl haqiyat can show how ownership changed over time. We review the full history before advising whether correction, a fresh mutation, partition or an appeal is the right route.
Which documents should I bring?
Whatever you have: fard, jamabandi copies, mutation (intiqal) copies, registry, inheritance documents, family tree (shajra nasab), and any court or revenue-office papers. If something is missing we will tell you how to obtain it.
Someone has illegally occupied my land. Can you help?
Yes. We first establish from the revenue record who owns the land and who is recorded in possession (khasra girdawari), and how that changed over time. We then advise on the right route to recover possession, through the revenue authorities or the courts, and support your advocate with the record evidence.
Do you also measure the land?
Our consultancy is about the record. If a case also needs the exact ground position, for example to show the extent of an encroachment, our separate RTK survey service can measure it.
