This policy explains how GeoMatrix Technologies ("we", "us") handles information when you visit https://naqsha-zameen.com (the "Website") or use the Naqsha Zameen dashboard at https://dashboard.naqsha-zameen.com (the "Dashboard").

  • Information you give us: when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive your name, number and anything you choose to share (for example your tehsil or chak).
  • Dashboard accounts: to provide the Dashboard we store your account details (name, user ID, mobile number, email if provided), your subscribed areas, payment records and saved map layers.
  • Usage and device data: the Dashboard records sign-in times, approximate location derived from IP address, and device information to protect accounts and enforce device limits.
  • Website visit counts: the Website counts page views using a random ID stored in your browser, the page visited, the referring site, device type and country. This is not linked to your name or account and is used only to measure how many people visit.
  • Location: the Dashboard uses your device's GPS only when you tap the locate button, to show your position on the map.

How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain and secure the Dashboard and our survey services.
  • To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver survey results.
  • To process subscriptions and send service notifications.
  • To prevent fraud and account sharing.

We do not sell your personal information.
